NHS

The NHS will provide any clinically necessary treatment needed to keep your mouth, teeth and gums healthier and free of pain. Decisions about which treatment are appropriate will be based on a clinical assessment and clinical judgements.

Private Dentistry

Private dental care is available to everyone, you don’t need any health insurance, there’s no membership or contract involved in private dental care. As a private patient, it merely means you get access to a greater suite of treatments, such as teeth whitening etc.

Complaint Policy

It is our aim to always have satisfied patients, to meet your expectations of care and service, and to resolve any complaints as efficiently, effectively, and politely as possible. We take complaints very seriously, we investigate them in a full and fair way and take great care to protect your confidentiality.

We learn from complaints to improve our care and service. We will never discriminate against patients who have made a complaint.

All staff needs to be aware that patients may be apprehensive, especially now we are operating much different to pre-covid-19. Time should be taken to explain how the practice and their appointment are going to operate. If a patient fails to comply with any instructions, then consider refusing treatment, on the basis that all steps are necessary to reduce the risk of potential Covid-19 transmission to staff and any other patients attending the practice.

The patients’ appointment confirmation by email should also have clear instructions for the patient prior to attending the appointment and arriving.
